Working Together

My 2020 campaign was officially endorsed by the leadership of Conserve Amelia Now and by the North Florida Central Labor Council. I valued their advocacy and anticipated working with them in the future. They were two of several local organizations that have made a positive difference in our town.

AMELIA TREE CONSERVANCY

Trees and wildlife cannot speak for themselves. They need advocates. The Amelia Tree Conservancy (ATC) is an important source of information and education on the trees of Amelia Island. I am currently working with a dozen ATC members to advise the City on how to update the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code based on current research and on citizen feedback in the Evaluation and Review process of 2019.

CITIZENS FOR PUBLIC BEACHES AND NO PAID BEACH PARKING
